For the management of pain arising from diabetic neuropathy, the most recommended dose of Lyrica is 50 mg, taken three times a day, the dose can be taken 300mg (to be taken in divided doses) maintaining a gap of 1-week. In case of spinal cord injury, take 150 to 600mg Lyrica per day by ingesting with the lowest dose of 75mg for two times a daily. The management of nerve pain due to shingles requires 75-150mg Lyrica taken two times each day or you can also take 50-100mg of Lyrica, three times per day.
The most occurring side effects of this medication are weariness, increased hunger, lethargy, constipation, headache, speech disturbance, unclear vision, dizziness and edema.
